Q: Do you charge for parking and congestion charge?
A: Where applicable customers must provide parking and reimburse the cleaners for congestion charging.
Q: How do I pay for the cleaning?
A: There are several choices of payment. You may pay the cleaners in cash at the of the job. Or you may choose to pay via debit or credit card over the phone before the work has begun.
Q: Can I change the appointment time or date?
A:Yes. But we need to check whether the team is available for your date and time slot. To avoid disappointment please give us 48 hours notice of any changes.
Q: What I will do if my cleaner falls ill or decides to leave?
A: We will send another cleaner as a replacement. We will contact you to schedule another appointment.
Q: Do I need to be present whilst the cleaners are cleaning?
A: No, you do not have to be present during the cleaning. However, someone must be there to le the cleaners in and someone must come at the end of the cleaning to collect the keys.
Q: is your end of tenancy guarantee?
A: Yes. we guarantee our end of tenancy cleaning, provided you or your representative/ landlord/ estate agent inspects the property at the end of the clean. if there is anything you are not happy with, we will do an immediate reclean.
